Avalon Springs

Avalon is a rustic, beautiful wellness hot springs resort 2.5 hours north of San Francisco in Lake County. Enjoy six natural pools of varying temperature and mineral content, all spring fed and untreated. Drinking water comes from artisan wells, filled by three of the eleven distinct springs. Avalon as a resort is not open to the general public. So we will be the only group there, besides the excellent Avalon staff. You may hike through the 318 acre property and in the surrounding hills.  On a clear night, the stars are absolutely incredible, with two distinct arms of the Milky Way visible. 

The onsite therapeutic chef serves up vegetarian and optional gluten free meals with some ingredients coming right from the premises' organic gardens. A light breakfast ( fruit, toast, granola, tea & coffee), ample brunch and nourishing dinner will be supplemented with snacks and teas available throughout the day. The highlights include homemade nut butters, almond milk and smoothies

The bija mantra for the heart (anahata) chakra is YAM... and so we will say yum!
